STRATEGIECS Institute for Strategic Studies and Research has signed a strategic partnership memorandum with the TRENDS Research and Advisory Center concurrent to the inauguration ceremony of TRENDS’s virtual office in the Jordanian capital of Amman. This agreement comes within the framework of both parties’ efforts to strengthen cooperation in the fields of future studies, enrich foresight-oriented research content, and exchange expertise in training, opinion polls, and all areas that enhance comprehensive research work.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of STRATEGIECS Institute, Mr. Hasan Ismaik, stressed that the strategic partnership memorandum with TRENDS represents an important step in the Arab research trajectory and reflects a shared vision to advance knowledge and research on pivotal issues of concern to the region and the world. He added that this special partnership will open wide horizons for the exchange of expertise and studies, and contribute to building bridges of intellectual cooperation that serve in shaping and supporting the future of public policy efforts. He also expressed his vision that this agreement will be the starting point of fruitful and long-term cooperation that achieves progress and prosperity, praising TRENDS’s global vision and its diligent work in the field of future foresight, which requires boldness and in-depth knowledge.

Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS, stated that the agreement represents an important milestone in the center’s journey and embodies its vision of building solid partnerships with leading research institutions. He added that the opening of TRENDS’s virtual office in Amman reflects the center’s conviction that research cooperation is the key to a deeper understanding of the complex challenges facing the region, and that the partnership with STRATEGIECS will provide researchers, students, and officials with accurate and in-depth analyses.

STRATEGIECS Institute for Strategic Studies and Research was launched in late 2018 in Amman as a specialized platform in politics and international relations to enhance decision-making processes. Today, the institute provides in-depth analyses that uncover the dimensions of security, political, and economic issues and their implications.
